Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an extra day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States using major carriers such as USPS and UPS.

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • We offer standard and expedited options where available.

📍 We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our facility:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at cs@thetwofoursix.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
