Refund policy

At TwoFourSix, we take pride in the quality of our candy products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds and Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the event that:

  • The product was received damaged, melted, or defective

  • The item delivered is not what you ordered

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at cs@cynosexp.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
